Sinopsis

Dahulu kala di masa dinosaurus, Pasukan Deboth menginvasi Bumi ke titik kepunahan dinosaurus tetapi mereka dikalahkan oleh Dewa Bijaksana Torin dan Zyudenryu selama invasi pertama.

Pada hari ini, Tentara Deboth muncul kembali ketika mereka melanjutkan invasi mereka. Untuk mengatasi ancaman yang dihidupkan kembali, Torin memilih lima individu pemberani yang harus mengalahkan Zyudenryu masing-masing terlebih dahulu untuk mendapatkan kekuatan mereka untuk menjadi "Orang Naga Kuat", para Kyoryuger.
