Sinopsis

Cerita dimulai ketika Banban Akaza tiba di Bumi ke kota Megalopolis. Dia dipindahkan ke S.P.D. (Special Police Dekaranger) Cabang bumi oleh komandannya. Pada saat itu, Agen Abrella, pedagang senjata Alienizer, mengalihkan perhatiannya yang merusak ke Bumi, membantu para penjahat di sana. Terserah pada Dekarangers untuk menghentikan mereka dan membawa mereka ke pengadilan. S.P.D. Bumi ditempatkan di Pangkalan Deka di bawah komando Doggie Kruger.
